Frequently Asked Questions
What‘s the opening time in case of rain?
In case of uncertain weather and especially rain, the hours may vary widely. Please refer to the hours on our Google Business page, keeping in mind that they may be subject to changes.
How can you reach the park?
The park is conveniently accessible on foot thanks to its location on Via Bafile (the longest pedestrian street in Europe), which connects all the squares in the center. Therefore, the park is easily reachable by foot. If necessary, there are ample parking options available, including “ATVO Piazza Brescia” and “Aquileia Parking,” both just a few hundred meters from the park.
Where can you buy tickets?
Inside the park, there are two types of tokens: those for the prize area and those for the attractions. Both can be purchased at the ticket booth near the carousel.
Can children play alone?
While it is necessary to refer to the regulations posted in front of each attraction, children must always be accompanied and supervised by their parents, who are responsible for them.
